The facilities of the hotel are overall excellent and I found the restaurant food good, but a couple of little things irritated me - reception most of the time only had two staff working on it and on two of the three times I visited it, I was waiting 10-15 minutes for attention - I had confirmed a booking for a room with king bed, but when I arrived was told that they had none available so would give me a twin room instead.
