- The duty manager then came to apologise again, I have to say i was quite shy to have met her a couple of times for complaining but they whole team there was nothing short of professional and very polite.

Otherwise, service is good, food is nice, location for shopping is awesome - and I recommend this hotel - especially for transit (2-3 nights).
