We were upgraded for free & the free Internet in our room was wonderful as our first Grandson had just been born!

Amenities in the room is satisfactory except there are no sets of large drawers to place personal items and only 1 bedside table for a king size bedroom.

At check in we upgraded to a club room which was great value, breakfast, coffee during the day and drinks and canapes in the evening.

Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a balcony room which was great - it overlooked the river and Clarke Quay and I loved people watching from our balcony every morning with an amazing coffee from the room's Nespresso machine!
