The staff was fairly nice y did help me find addresses for a few restaurants etc free of charge (they do charge for Internet use); however the staff was horsing around with themselves a lot y sometimes made interesting comments that weren't really appreciated.

Staff were very attentive 24/7, always helping to call taxis and there are refreshments on site for sale such as water and juices plus the wifi internet is very well priced.

Front office staff are very pleasant and courteous but breakfast staff seem to be quite grumpy, not one attempted the smallest form of conversation with any guests.
