The concierge was helpful as ever, including providing log in to free internet in lobby and booking our maxi cab for our transfer that arrived spot on time.

Whilst our bathroom was very clean and in good condition, my only criticism would be some of the fittings were starting to show signs of wear, (though shower curtain was new.

Around the back side of the bed (about a two foot gap from wall to bed) there was a receipt from a London fast food restaurant lying crumpled up on the floor in plain sight.

The location of this hotel is great, right on top of an MRT station and walkable (even in SIN heat and humidity) to many attractions.

So the guy at the reception said that they would help us to move our suitcases to the new room as long as all was packed.
